Hi, I’m reed hayes.
I played in the Baltimore Orioles organization for 5 years after being drafted in the 13th round of the 2017 MLB Draft. I was an outfielder and pitcher for Vanderbilt University before being drafted by the Orioles. Right after my professional playing career, I immedietly wanted to coach and start a travel baseball organization to give back to the young, passioniate baseball players like I was growing up.
The organization’s main focus is developing the youth players and providing them with an oppportunity to play the game they love and reach their personal goals within baseball.
Development
My approach to development is not a cookie cutter approach. Each player is assessed individually and given a plan specific to their abilities to set them up for success in the future.
Culture
The culture we have is one focused on playing the game to the best of our ability but also understanding a long term plan and goal is in place as these young players all will develop at their own pace.
Community
We also believe that youth baseball creates life long friends. We intend to create an atmosphere where families can connect and feel a sense of community to allow them and their kids to build friends for life.
